Summary
The Super Animal Rescue Team races to protect Echo Shores, an ancient underwater complex rising at low tide, from Captain Steelwhisker and his pirate crew. Using three weeks of preparation including early warning from reformed ally Wally Walrus, S.A.R.T. coordinates a dawn defense operation. Gerald Giraffe overcomes nervousness to physically defend the ruins while Pedro, Bella, Penny and underwater team members Sally, Cassidy and Wendy systematically defeat the pirates' coordinated attack boats. Steelwhisker attempts a solo final assault but is confronted by Adventure Koala and Professor Howell about his previous destruction of three irreplaceable archaeological sites. Through emotional confrontation, Steelwhisker recognizes the true cost of his explosive treasure hunting methods and agrees to surrender all artifacts and research. The team discovers a central stone tablet containing the complete historical record of the ancient civilization. The ruins submerge again on schedule, but not before being fully documented. The Adventure Town community celebrates S.A.R.T.'s expanded mission to protect not just animals, but everything that matters to civilization, while Wally's ongoing redemption continues to gain recognition.
