Summary
Pedro and Felix are tasked by Adventure Koala to discreetly observe Wally Walrus, who has been acting suspiciously - buying flowers, making dinner reservations, and taking mysterious trips to Cocoa Island (where the cruise ship recently hit an underwater structure). They follow Wally on a ferry to Cocoa Island, expecting to uncover a scheme, but instead discover that Wally is simply on a romantic date with Wanda, another walrus who travels the coast. The surveillance mission becomes a comedy of errors as Pedro and Felix struggle with stealth while witnessing Wally's genuine attempts at romance. When confronted, Wally reveals he's changed and shares that he knows about the ancient underwater structure near Cocoa Island - mentioning he's seen it but isn't pursuing it because some things are more important than treasure. The story explores themes of personal growth, assumptions about others, and the possibility of redemption. Back in Adventure Town, Tina's research reveals the structure has appeared and disappeared multiple times over 150 years, and Wally sends a letter warning that others may be investigating the mystery.
